Arriving on the transporter truck. Top deck, last car.
After inspection and cleaning at the dealer.
Here are some shots at home with the top removed (There is a full-width panel you can lift out. It is carbon fiber, so quite light. You can snap it into holders in the trunk, which uses up a lot of space, but you can still slip items underneath the roof.)
Now for some interior shots. I got the black interior, which is more of a dark charcoal than a severe black. There is some nice grey contrast stitching all around for accents and little Corvette flags on the headrests.
The trunk area has a lot of horizontal space, but not a ton of vertical space. There are two fabric privacy panels to block prying eyes. One attaches in the trunk compartment and the other attaches to the hatch lid.
Electronics abound. There is a full color Head Up Display that has four display modes with interchangeable data. It also shows navigation directions. The driver's gauge cluster is also configurable on the fly to go through about a million different parameters including tire pressures and temperatures, fuel usage, lap times, engine hours, etc. The center dash screen shows music, weather, navigation, and more. It slides down to reveal a cubbyhole behind the screen.
I also just received my new custom-made Panama hat. Here are two end-of-summer pics with me in full costume. Hat, linen jacket, spectator shoes. I suppose now I'll have to learn to smoke a cigar!
