So I can't offer you firsthand opinions of the functionality from different vendors. This is an area where you will have to contact the vendor and ask for a demo of the specific feature. Nobody plays it up on their basic website.<br /><br />Three vendors spring to mind right away that are worth checking. They seem to me to have the best chance of supporting your goals. Webcast Group is one (<a href="http://www.webcastgroup.com" target="_blank">www.webcastgroup.com</a>), IVT is another (<a href="http://www.ivtweb.com" target="_blank">www.ivtweb.com</a>), and maybe ON24 (<a href="http://www.on24.com" target="_blank">www.on24.com</a>).<br /><br />I'll keep my eyes open for other contenders. There are two distinct meanings of the word, yet profiders of &quot;conferencing&quot; products and services do not produce &quot;conferences&quot; and visa versa. <br /><br /><b>Conferencing</b>: involves multiple parties involved in a live conversation. ei: Conference Call with multiple people on the phone. Or Video Conference with multiple people involved in a live conversation with video equipment so all participants can see and hear each other. Conferencing is used in a collaberative setting where input is encouraged from all participants. <br /><br /><b>Conference</b>: typically has been an in-person meeting where a series of presenters - &quot;present&quot; information to the audience with Q&amp;A either during or after the presentation.
